P&G and Living Tomorrow: A Collaborative Journey Towards Sustainable Innovation
P&G and Living Tomorrow are embarking on an exciting partnership aimed at advancing sustainable living through innovative technologies and consumer insights. This collaboration encompasses two significant initiatives: the development of an “Irresistibly Superior and Sustainable Home” (i-SUHO) at P&G's open accelerator, InQbet and the construction of a 'Smart Sustainable Home Experience Centre' at Living Tomorrow.
The Irresistibly Superior and Sustainable Home (i-SUHO) at P&G
The i-SUHO initiative will create a modern home environment equipped with advanced sensors and digital technologies. This space will function as a living laboratory, allowing researchers to learn more on product design and observe real-time consumer interactions with various products for the home which include consumer products such as laundry detergents, but also appliances and other home innovation. It will also allow testing of new sensor technologies and ahead of in-home placement. By collecting data on how consumers use these products, and understanding sensor compatibility, the i-SUHO aims to bridge the gap between claimed behaviors and actual usage. This information will empower product innovation across corporates, SME's and research organizations, ensuring that new offerings are effective and aligned with consumer preferences.
A Smart Sustainable Home Experience Centre at Living Tomorrow
Simultaneously, Living Tomorrow will be constructing its own 'Smart Sustainable Home Experience Centre”, which will serve as a showcase for cutting-edge technologies and sustainable living practices. It will provide visitors with the opportunity to explore innovative solutions that promote energy efficiency, water conservation, and waste reduction.
A Shared Commitment to Sustainable Innovation
The construction of both the i-SUHO and the Smart Sustainable Home Experience Centre reflects a shared commitment to sustainable innovation. By combining their resources and expertise, InQbet and Living Tomorrow aim to accelerate the development and market introduction of sustainable products that can positively impact consumers’ lives.
Stay tuned for updates on this promising journey as we explore the future of sustainable living together.
